Description: Ballet Body Conditioning Basics is ballet-based body-conditioning and strengthening using Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) exercises.

Additional Info:

  • Free! No registration.
  • A waiver will be provided and required to participate.
  • Attire: Wear something you can move comfortably in. Exercise pants and T-shirts are fine. Shoes are not necessary, bare feet or socks work best.
  • Equipment: Bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on. If you have a small exercise ball, please bring it (some will also be provided).

*No class Nov 4th, Nov 25th, Dec 23rd, Dec 30th.
