Book-or-Treat! Visit the Kingwood Library from 3-7pm to trick-or-treat at our customer service desks and receive a free book*, prizes, and candy! Costumes are encouraged! Join us for songs, stories, and play during Baby & Toddler Time! This activity takes place in the Children's Room. Recommended for children ages 0 to 3 years.
Enjoy some time to bond with your baby and meet new friends. This program is for babies and will feature lap-sit stories, songs, activities and time to socialize with others. Story time is an excellent way to bond with your child, boost their vocabulary, and hopefully raise a lifelong reader. Studies have shown that regularly reading to your child can increase their attention span, boost their emotional intelligence, and flex their imagination. A free ticket is required and can be picked up at the information desk 30 minutes prior to the program.

Little Sprouts Baby Story Time is a ticketed story time that is every Tuesday at 11:15 am at the Katy Library. Please make sure to arrive early to receive a ticket. This event is for non-walking babies only. We ask that older children are left out for safety.
