Savvy Stitchers is a friendly group of crafters of all ages, getting together for fellowship while enjoying their creative hobbies. It is a great way to meet neighbors that have a mutual love for knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, quilting, or other crafts. We all love to learn something new!

The Galveston Bay Area Scale Modelers Association (GBASMA) is a chartered member of the International Plastic Modelers Society (IPMS).. Club meetings are held monthly to present each other's current projects, share new modeling techniques, answer modeling questions and promote the hobby. We meet 6:30 PM - 7:45 PM on the 4th Monday of each month except for May(meets the week after) and December.(no meeting). Â

Join us for a Cricut Orientation at Harris County Public Library!
This session will introduce participants to the Cricut machine’s capabilities, operation, and use. Completion of this orientation is mandatory before patrons can schedule time to use the Cricut at HCPL.
During the orientation, you’ll also have the chance to design and create your own custom mug—a fun, hands-on way to put your new skills into action!
