We’ll kick things off at 12:00 PM with How to Train Your Dragon, complete with snacks, crafts, and exciting coloring pages for kids and families. Later, return at 5:00 PM for How to Train Your Dragon 2, where we’ll keep the creativity going with crafts, coloring pages, and delicious pizza. It’s the perfect chance to enjoy two beloved movies and hands-on activities in a welcoming community space.
Come celebrate the 250th birthday of Jane Austen! Born December 16th, 1775, she became one of the world's most beloved authors. We invite all fans of tea and literature to join us at the Crosby Branch Library for treats and trivia as we celebrate the life of Jane Austen.

Savvy Stitchers is a friendly group of crafters of all ages, getting together for fellowship while enjoying their creative hobbies. It is a great way to meet neighbors that have a mutual love for knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, quilting, or other crafts. We all love to learn something new!

Join us at the Parker Williams Library Innovation Lab for our Laser Cutter Orientation!
This orientation session will introduce participants to the laser-cutting services we offer at the library. Those who complete the orientation will then be able to request supervised time to use a laser cutter at any HCPL branch that has one. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a laser cutter in the future.
This event is open to all ages. Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

WHAT IS TAB?
The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a volunteer group engaged in library programming. Our mission is to empower teens through the creation, promotion and implementation of events at the High Meadows Branch Library.
Participation in TAB counts as service hours for any honor, scholar or religious organization. Meetings are held every other week.
