Join us for the second Tournament of Books meetings, where we will dive even deeper into the book selection and go over prep questions for the upcoming tournament.

Come hang out with us at the Crosby Library every other Monday at 1pm! A fun time for teens to get creative, play some games, and kick back with friends.

For Teens ages 13-18, registration not required.

Jan 19th - Cancelled due to Election Training. (Teens are welcome to attend Tween Space on Jan 20th @1pm)

This orientation session will introduce participants to laser cutter services within the Harris County Public Library system. Those completing the class will then be able to schedule a time to use a laser cutter at HCPL maker locations. This class is appropriate for patrons ages 12 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Teens! Hang out, play games, and do something awesome at the library! We have tablets, a huge digital table, game consoles, and more for FREE use. Meet new friends, challenge yourself, and unleash your creativity!

Have you attended any of our maker orientations and are looking for more flexible time to use machines like the laser cutter, 3D Printer, or Cricut? Look no further!

- During Open Lab, badged makers (those who have already attended machine orientations) can come in and use lab equipment for 1 Hr. at a time on a first come first serve basis between the hours of 1-4 PM.
