Come learn to sew and how to book time with the Kingwood Library’s Singer Sewing Machine! This orientation session will introduce participants to using a sewing machine. Those who complete the class will not only walk away with a sewn book sleeve, they'll also be able to request time to use a machine at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a sewing machine.
