Chat & Chain is West University’s yarn based hobby club for all those fiber artists who crochet, knit, and embroider. Bring your latest project and enjoy the company of our crafty community. Join us every Thursday from 2-3pm!
Join us for a craft time for our youngest artists! This activity is intended for children ages 2 and up.
Registration is strongly encouraged, so we can get a head count -- we want to have enough materials for everyone who wants to join in on the fun! Depending on weather and mess level, this program will either be outside the library or in the children's section upstairs.
Book Buddies is a free program that brings children and and teen volunteers together to share the joy of reading. It pairs trained volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in Kindergarten through 3rd grades (Little Buddies). For 10 weeks, the Buddies meet once a week in the afternoon for 45 minutes of one-on-one shared reading.
STORY TIME ON APRIL 21ST WILL OCCUR OUTSIDE THE LIBRARY, DUE TO EARLY VOTING AT THE SCOUT HOUSE.

Story time is open to all ages. Stories will be selected with a toddler/preschool audience in mind.

WHAT IS TAB?
The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a volunteer group engaged in library programming. Our mission is to empower teens through the creation, promotion and implementation of events at West University Library.
Participation in TAB counts as service hours for any honor, scholar or religious organization. Meetings are held every 3rd Monday of the month at 5pm, in the YA section.
