This program is recommended for children 18 months to 3 years old and their parents or caregivers. It features books, songs, fingerplays, music, and movement.
Summer may be over, but there is plenty of wind to go around. Come and make some paper plate kites that your child can take outside and fly around.
This program is recommended for babies aged 0-18 months, accompanied by a parent or caregiver. It includes age-appropriate stories, rhymes, bounces, and songs that lay the foundation for reading. Children will also develop sensory, fine motor, and social skills through playtime.

Orangefield Cormier Museum
A gift to the people of Orangefield, the Cormier Museum is the lifetime work of oilman Paul Cormier.
He wanted to fashion a town as he remembered from his youth. As different buildings around his area were being dismantled, he collected what he could and built his own town under a large tin roof.
Use straws and pipe cleaners to create platonic solids (3D Shapes) and get creative!
Recommended for school-age children ages 5-12. These programs are designed to engage children in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) activities and change on a monthly basis.
Tickets are required for all programs unless otherwise noted. They are free and available starting 30 minutes before the program begins at the Children’s Information Desk. Tickets are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
This beginner friendly lesson will introduce participants to various hand embroidery stitches and techniques.
- This program is limited to attendees age 5 and up. Children under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be able to help their children with the project.
- This program involves sharp embroidery needles and embroidery scissors.
- Registration is required due to limited supplies and seating.
We will use mason jar lids, yarn, and ribbon to make holiday wreaths!
