Join us for a 12-week English Class for beginners! If you have not registered for the class, please come 15 minutes before class starts to fill out the registration form on your first day! You can join this class at any time throughout the 12 weeks.

A weekly Computer Class for Adult Beginners to discover and improve their skills in this increasingly high-tech age. Every week we learn by doing Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email, Resumes, Internet Safety, Google Searches, HCPL resources and more!

Do you need help with technology? Book a 45-minute appointment with a staff member, we will try to help you figure it out!

• Registration is required. 
• To assist as many individuals as possible, you may only register for one appointment per week. 
• If no one arrives by 2:00, the appointment will be canceled.

This is a free 10 week course to prepare students for the United States Citizenship exam. Individuals must register for the program in person, and commit to all 10 classes. Classes are in ENGLISH and study materials are provided by us. Following the 10 weeks, students will participate in an 1-1 Mock Interview with the instructor. 

Community Health & Wellness Services provided by Harris County Public Health at the Fairbanks Branch Library.  Come visit the Mobile Dental Clinic for:
First visits include a dental screening.
Follow-up visits may include a dental cleaning or basic treatment.

Come and meet with like minded individuals who love to write and share the things that they have written down, based on the prompts that have been given.

Erik Wilbourn, computer technologist, will facilitate a program for seniors on how to navigate your cellular telephone. Erik will explain the operating systems of Androids and IOS, how to add and remove applications and common settings, and safety precautions of free WIFI. You are more than welcome to attend this program even if you are not senior age. All attendees are required to bring their cellular telephones to follow the instructor.  Register at www.hcpl.net.

Learn the basics of painting with acrylic as teacher and local artist, Malu, walks you through the steps to create your own vibrant sunflower wall art. This is a beginner-friendly class for adults. Registration is required as supplies are limited.
