A Digital Navigator is available at High Meadows Library to help you explore affordable internet options and get connected. Whether you're looking for low-cost internet plans or need assistance signing up, our Digital Navigator is here to guide you—step by step and free of charge.
Participants volunteer to lead discussions and they pick the material. Normally they will propose a title and everyone agrees. This is a laid back but serious group. They meet in person, February - November.

Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this program has been proven to help people with arthritis engage in walking, stretching, and strengthening exercises to reduce pain, increase balance and strength, and build confidence in their ability to be physically active.
This program is available for people 60 years of age and older with arthritis.
