The shimmering sounds of flute, viola, and harp will ring in the season as the trio performs a festive collection of music drawn from various cultural traditions. Audiences of all ages are invited as we celebrate the holiday season through the connective and transformative power of music. Join us for Preschool Story Time each Tuesday at 11:30 am where we will listen to stories, sing and dance, and do an occasional craft to explore creativity and also help build fine motor skills each week! Our program will be held in the children’s area of the Fairbanks Branch Library. This program is for children ages 3-6. Siblings are always welcome!

We will help give you the resources you need to expand your child’s skills, preparing them to read. Recommended for children ages 2-5 years, it features age appropriate stories, songs, and fingerplays. Story time is an excellent way to bond with your child, boost their vocabulary, and hopefully raise a lifelong reader. Studies have shown that regularly reading to your child can increase their attention span, boost their emotional intelligence, and flex their imagination.
