At Fairbanks Library we're celebrating Hispanic Heritage month by learning how to make delicious, savory, Birria Tacos! Come join us as we learn about the origins of this unusual taco and jump in and make your own corn tortilla stuffed with tender, shredded beef and stuffed with Oaxaca cheese. We'll fry the tacos in a spicy consommé before topping them with cilantro and diced onion. You won't believe how good it is!
